Dinner:
a culinary recreation of the utopia of the Rock Pool

Through the sound of water, you hear a bell ringing, it’s time for Dinner.
Taken from hand-written recipes and notes found in the commune’s library, artist Pascale Giorgi has pieced together a menu of dishes which seem to express the utopic vision and inspirations of the Rock Pool.
In a work of yummy research, we will dined together to the flicker of candlelight on long tables within the recreated commune.
